How can I register?It’s very simple to register. Simply enter your information on the Registration Page and pay the required $25 USD annual subscription fee. In just a few minutes, you will receive your login credentials by email.

Can I inspect the motorcycles on sale?Yes, you can. In fact, we highly recommend that you always inspect the motorcycles on sale you want prior to bidding. You visit the Copart yard in which the motorcycles salvage is stored and inspect it, Monday through Friday from 8.00am to 4.30pm.

Is the security deposit refundable?Yes, the security deposit is refunded if you do not purchase a motorcycle. You can also chose to keep your security deposit on fund, to support an offer on any motorcycle auction in the future. Note that you forfeit your security deposit and will be required to pay a $250 penalty fee if you are awarded a motorcycle and do not meet all payment terms and conditions or cancel a purchase.

How much are the transaction fees?You will be required to pay Copart fees, our broker fee and sales tax (if applicable). Our broker fee is just $250 USD for non-Florida residents, $350 USD for Florida residents, or 5% of the sale price (whichever is higher). Please check the Fees Table for complete details, including additional fees, such as Copart’s late payment and storage fees.

Can I bid directly at the Copart website?In order to bid in a Copart motorcycles salvage auction, you must first register with our sister website, www.SalvageReseller.com which is our Copart Registered Broker site. For more information and a comparison table please click here.

Where and when can I pick up the motorcycles?You can pick up your bike directly at the Copart motorcycles salvage facility where it is being stored just immediately after we have received the documents signed by you, a copy of your ID and the motorcycle is paid in full.

Do you provide shipping services?No, unfortunately we do not do shipping; however, you can find transporters, receive an estimate or list your shipment at our Transporters page even prior to bidding. We never force you to stick to a specific transporter. You are always free to choose the shipping company of your choice. After all, you could save even more on cheap motorcycles if you hire the shipping yourself.

Do you provide inspection services?No, unfortunately we do not inspect vehicles, but for your convenience, we have an Inspectors page, which you can use to search inspectors by language and/or facility. Please always inspect the motorcycles on sale before bidding and remember that all motorcycles on sale are sold AS IS - WHERE IS AND ALL MOTORCYCLE SALES ARE FINAL.
